Ir Tri Atmodjowati MM, AAAIJ, LUF, CFP, CHRP, ACMC, ICC, is the Founder and Executive Director of REFINE. More than 28 years in the world of Sales, People & Development, experienced as a Lecturer of Entrepreneurship, Business Planning and Development and International HR in a private university.
In 2018 with 12 Professional Coaches wrote the book SUCCESS WITH COACHING FOR SMEs. And now the Incubation program for the sales force has become a superior program that has proven to be effective in making the salesforce strong and achieving its goals beyond what is expected. With various certifications owned and various experiences in the Company as well as a high commitment in mentoring, making clients who are mentored and trained better and more efficient.
